What is Encompax?
Encompax is the governance and control layer intended to guide how AI-assisted and operational module ecosystems behave before decisions reach execution.
What is SIL?
SIL is Shipment Intelligence Layer, the first governed Encompax-connected module focused on transportation, shipment workflows, carrier decisions, and related operational visibility.
Do I need a separate account for every module?
No. The intended model is a single Encompax identity with module access added over time as workspaces and approved products are enabled.
Can customers start from a database or API instead of CSV?
Yes. CSV and spreadsheet imports remain useful, but the onboarding flow now leaves room for direct database or API onboarding when the customer already has a system of record.
Why is pricing not fully live yet?
Pricing, usage ceilings, and agent-heavy workflows are being introduced carefully so governance, cost controls, and customer rollout patterns stay aligned.
